This app also features built-in groups for earthquakes, nearby stations, and a convenient today widget - which was available before iOS14 - that can be individually enabled or disabled based on your preferences. The ability to synchronize user groups via Cloud Kit further enhances the app's functionality.
The airport database included in AeroWeather Pro provides additional data such as runway details, sunrise/sunset times, twilight times, moon times, and timezones. This ensures that pilots and aviation enthusiasts have all the necessary information at their fingertips.
To help you stay up-to-date on changing weather conditions, AeroWeather Pro offers METAR alert notifications. By setting multiple alerts based on specific criteria such as flight rules, wind speed, temperature, pressure, present weather, and visibility, you'll receive notifications on your device when the criteria are met. This feature ensures that you are always aware of any significant weather changes.
For enhanced accuracy and reliability, AeroWeather Pro offers dedicated METAR/TAF access. This data primarily comes from certified air navigation service providers (ANSP) and is delivered quickly and efficiently through the app's dedicated servers.
AeroWeather Pro also provides Apple Watch support, allowing you to view METAR and TAF information for selected stations directly on your wrist. Additionally, you can add AeroWeather as a complication to your watch face for quick access to the latest weather updates.

The subscription options vary in time periods, including 1 month and 12 months. Subscriptions are valid for both AeroWeather Lite and Pro versions. Cross-app subscription support is available when using iCloud with the same Apple ID. Previously unlocked features will continue to work with or without a subscription.

Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time through your account settings. At the end of the free trial period, a payment will be charged to your iTunes account. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. There is no long-term commitment, and you can cancel the subscription at any time.
